Gothic Lolita Advice (2): Dear Lenore review -negative

Dear Lenore is a Mexican brand that produces shoes (make-to-order) for Gothic Lolita.
Since some brand shoes are not up to 26 cm, I saw that Dear Lenore produced up to 28.5, and some models were very very nice, so December 6, 2013 I ordered a pair of shoes, the Charlotte model, price 35 USD.
Dear Lenore answered me the next day asking me more info on the model and tells me it will be 35 USD for shoes and 14 USD for shipment. Since we were at Christmas I kindly ask for delivery in January, and the company told me that they would have done the shoes in time.
The calculation of the final payment was USD 35 per shoes, 65 USD shipping, and 3,5 USD paypal fees = $ 103,5 by my calculations, but they have asked 103, 6 USD. I didn't do stories and I paid, it was not a substantial difference.

On December 21, I sent the money. (the confirmation was made on December 13)
I was reassured by "your shoes will be ready the beginning of January!" the rest is history.

I sent them many messages to find out the status of the shoes because I needed in an exact date but they NEVER responded. I paid for fast shipping (EMS or Fedex), and they told me they didn't find any suitable company to ship (and for what I paid?) I suggested to them these types of shipping, they told me that they would ship with EMS.
At the end I'm pissed off and I asked for a refund.
So:

Product: 0/10
Shipping: 0/10
Communication: 1/10
if you don't want to have a bad experience I would recommend buying from those who have good rewiew and especially by those who immediately responds to private messages. Good luck!

Some Small News

I'm so happy, after almost two years I came back to riding school, to my horse!
Then I did several auditions this period (movies, fiction and I.C. acting school), we will see how it goes (good... surely good, positive thoughts, first of all!)

I'm also deciding which dress to buy to crown it all, which should I choose? They are both from Baby, The Stars Shine Bright (and Alice and The Pirates)

The first is Funeral Procession Of Rose - Aria Blooming In The Twilight Jumper Skirt

the second is a JSK done in collaboration with the Disney theme Maleficent

I would buy both dresses, I like them a lot but if I couldn't? Which one should I choose? Keep in mind that I wear Lolita everyday xD

Let me know! Thank you <3

The band Jupiter has asked his fans to submit ideas on sketches via twitter, for their new costumes!
I did xD I had fun designing the costumes, though quite grotesque, but you know .. the important thing is not to win but to take part!
You can see them on my Twitter :-P

And you have participated? Which clothes would you suggest to them?
let me know your ideas :)

So many things: books and Reckless Love concert

I had a lot to do and I just forgot to update the blog, I apologize.
Firstly... the updating of the book. Yes, again. Sometimes I feel very insecure, and although I see a comma out of place makes me panic! So I fixed the manuscript for the third time... but now I will send it in print. I promise. In the meantime, I continued to write. I swear... No more short essays. They are too difficult, and there is always something that you have forgotten. But patience.

I was at the Reckless Love concert in Rome a few weeks ago, it was my third time; after time I felt great, I had the opportunity to interview Olli, the singer, who was very kind to me. The live show was amazing, just like the other times, I missed so much those days! Even if... I would never go back.

Here are some pictures I took during the concert!

Have Pink Hair In Rome.

I want to say a big Thank You to Paolo Sorrentino for giving visibility to our wonderful city, for brought the light after so many years in the shadow. Rome is really "The Great Beauty", The Best Actress in the whole movie. But only as far as the city.
The Romans people worse by the day. Let me explain my situation;

I am a normal girl of 24 years old, I have only two things different from the others; pink hair and Gothic Lolita clothing.

I want to be an actress but I have a V.I.P. life without meaning to. Here it is really difficult to get a role in a movie if you aren't "a friend of" but I really would exchange this strange life of a VIP, to have a nice part in a major film.
It's like I was the victim of the paparazzi every day. The problem is that there... I am nothing. None. I am just a unknown author for now. It's the people that photographs me in any place and any time that thinks that I am... a fucking pink monument.
If I were Clint Eastwood and I went to the grocery store and a hidden guy makes me a photo there would be a reason.

The script is always the same.
They pretend to photograph a monument / showcase / garbage can, but in reality they're taking photos to me. Sometimes the "accomplice" poses in my direction-in front of me or a few inches from me-planning to be smart enough to escape xD... We have to do with James Bond. Fuck.
Whenever you put yourself posing next to a traffic light, or a pharmacy? Unless you are a recent graduate proud of his work to take a souvenir photo to prove it to the world.

(them to me) snap the photo and run away satisfied. Most of the time I can be fast enough to cover my face with my hands, you never know, since I no longer have control of my image. And if I pissed what they tell me? "You have pink hair? You'll look for it."

A few days ago -one of many examples- someone pulled my hair... yeaaaah, very very well, so... because a person walking normally and pull the hair to the people because that asshole see for the frist  time something different and he wanted to do it.
The next day, I was in a museum to see the exhibition of the Museum D'Orsay, and a guy instead of looking at the paintings was too busy to comment on my hair. You pay the ticket to the exhibition to look at my hair? Congratulations, you know how to manage your money well.

Guys seriously... ARE YOU OK??!!?!?
How do you evolve, grow economically, expand your resources, if you don't start from things like  accept something different?

My book is coming out where there is a chapter which treats these things, stay tuned.
