Gothic Lolita Advice (2): Dear Lenore review -negative

Dear Lenore is a Mexican brand that produces shoes (make-to-order) for Gothic Lolita.
Since some brand shoes are not up to 26 cm, I saw that Dear Lenore produced up to 28.5, and some models were very very nice, so December 6, 2013 I ordered a pair of shoes, the Charlotte model, price 35 USD.
Dear Lenore answered me the next day asking me more info on the model and tells me it will be 35 USD for shoes and 14 USD for shipment. Since we were at Christmas I kindly ask for delivery in January, and the company told me that they would have done the shoes in time.
The calculation of the final payment was USD 35 per shoes, 65 USD shipping, and 3,5 USD paypal fees = $ 103,5 by my calculations, but they have asked 103, 6 USD. I didn't do stories and I paid, it was not a substantial difference.

On December 21, I sent the money. (the confirmation was made on December 13)
I was reassured by "your shoes will be ready the beginning of January!" the rest is history.

I sent them many messages to find out the status of the shoes because I needed in an exact date but they NEVER responded. I paid for fast shipping (EMS or Fedex), and they told me they didn't find any suitable company to ship (and for what I paid?) I suggested to them these types of shipping, they told me that they would ship with EMS.
At the end I'm pissed off and I asked for a refund.
So:

Product: 0/10
Shipping: 0/10
Communication: 1/10
if you don't want to have a bad experience I would recommend buying from those who have good rewiew and especially by those who immediately responds to private messages. Good luck!
