Rome Fashion Walk & Bubble Tea + VLOG 21/05

Hello people <3

pubblico questo post con qualche giorno di ritardo... ho dovuto portare il computer in assistenza, e in più non mi son sentita granché bene <.<. Ma ora sto molto meglio, e sono tornata per scrivere qualcosina riguardo la Fashion Walk alla quale ho partecipato Sabato 21 Maggio.

Per l'evento ho optato per un outfit "già visto" ed ho preferito reindossare un abito che non ho ancora sfruttato a dovere. L'ho abbinato con un headress con rose di velo blu della Moi-meme-moitié, le mie nuove MaryJanes di Pas de Rouge in vellutino ed i miei nuovi occhialoni giganti di Chloé <3

Ho portato con me la mia nuova Nikon pensando fosse una buona occasione per testarla a dovere, perciò ho deciso di vloggare il tutto. Infatti il filmato finale è un po' più lungo di quel che mi aspettavo xD 

Il pomeriggio è stato molto carino, siamo andati al Pincio per delle foto e dopo siamo letteralmente corse a Vittorio Emanuele per prendere il Bubble Tea xD io come al solito ho scelto Caramel milk tea, un tè freddo al caramello con latte e gelatine di frutta. Aaaah, quanto mi è mancato *.* anche se la prossima volta voglio prenderlo alla Pesca <3 

Dopo il té ovviamente, non ancora soddisfatte, ci siamo recate da i-Cake, una deliziosa pasticceria a pochi passi da YoYou. Non ci ero mai andata prima anche se avevo visto qualche foto, e mi è rimasta impressa per via della mille-crepe, una torta a strati fatta di crema e crepes uno sfizio che mi volevo assolutamente togliere xD ma non c'era! :( perciò siamo tornate a casa. La mia amica Silvia è stata così gentile da accompagnarmi in metro fino alla fermata dove mi stavano aspettando i miei genitori.

 

Mi sono divertita un sacco <3 attendo con ansia il prossimo evento. Nel frattempo ecco le foto ed il vlog, a presto!

Raduno Gothic Lolita 17/04 - primo anniversario Frills Of Rome!... e sfoghi XD

Comunque sia, AAAAAAAAAA sono feliceeee! La scorsa domenica abbiamo festeggiato il primo anniversario della nostra community Lolita locale, Frills Of Rome!

Non riesco a crederci che sia già passato un anno, davvero, mi sembra ieri quando organizzai il nostro primo raduno. Ci divertimmo come pazze :D fu proprio durante quell'occasione che decidemmo di creare una nostra comm., ed eccola qui! Ad ottobre abbiamo anche fatto il nostro primo Tea Party ufficiale :D con scones e panna e dell'ottimo tè.

Ho inviato l'invito a tutte le ragazze che hanno partecipato al raduno dello scorso anno, ma sfortunatamente solo in pochissime ne hanno preso parte. In realtà avrebbe dovuto svolgersi di sabato poiché sarebbe venuta una lolita dalla Finlandia ma la maggior parte delle ragazze poteva solo domenica perciò ho spostato a domenica. E non è venuto nessuno xD La prossima volta mi faccio gli affari miei hahahah

Mi sono presentata al posto dell'incontro all'orario prestabilito, ma le ragazze hanno avuto un ritardo perciò sono andata al bar Canova e mi sono presa un tè e dell'acqua e limone. Cistite fulminante <.< fortuna che sono arrivate tardi, altrimenti mi sarei fatta il pic nic in preda ai dolori lancinanti, e invece ho avuto tutto il tempo possibile di farmela passare. Maledetto glutine, maledetta intossicazione... da qualche anno i dolori sono triplicati, non appena mangio qualcosa con un po' di zucchero o di glutine (sono praticamente ovunque oramai) eccola lì, in agguato. Prendo da anni tutti i rimedi del mondo, cranberry, probiotico, semi di pompelmo ma non sono mai abbastanza. I batteri sono talmente radicati nel mio sistema che solo la dieta disintossicante può debellarli.

Ma perché mi perdo in brodo di giuggiole? Comincio a scrivere di me e perdo sempre il filo del discorso XD 

vabbè, alla fine la cistite è passata, tempo di finire la seconda tazza di tè che Eleonora mi telefona e mi dice che sono arrivate. Le raggiungo e andiamo al Pincio per un piccolo tè; ci siamo sedute sull'erba ed abbiamo mangiato biscotti e bevuto tè alla rosa. Ammetto che lo scorso anno il tè mi era riuscito meglio, stavolta era troppo forte <.<

Non siamo rimaste a lungo, dopo il pic nic ci siamo recate da Ladurée ed io ho provato un buonissimo macaron al cedro <3 naturalmente ho anche comprato una scatolina piena di macarons ai fiori di ciliegio, i miei preferiti dopo quelli alla rosa *.*

Non so quando organizzerò un nuovo raduno, mi diverte uscire e fare cose diverse, ma ogni volta mi sgolo inutilmente e questo non fa per me. Oramai sono dieci anni... dieci anni che vesto Lolita. O almeno dieci anni che ho comprato le prime cosine...

Mamma mia, il tempo vola. E mi ricordo com'era tutto diverso, tutto più carino, quasi... fiabesco. Vabbé, avevo pure 16 anni non dimentichiamoci di questo piccolo dettaglio xD e sono cambiate tante cose. 

All'epoca tante Lolita mi criticarono molto per ciò che avevo detto in un video, che erano falsità, ma negli anni si è scoperto poi che era tutto vero. Dissi che il lifestyle Lolita prevede tè, cazzeggio e meeting. E da quel che mi limito ad osservare è proprio così xD o almeno lo è negli ultimi anni. Sono una precorritrice dei tempi <3

A proposito ve l'avevo detto che ho pubblicato un saggio breve a riguardo? Eccolo qua!  L'ho scritto in un pomeriggio.

Alla fine basta sentirsi bene con sé stessi, ed io con questi abiti ho finalmente scoperto chi sono. Non importa del resto, non importa degli altri. Ciò che più conta è essere felici :)

Il servizio inizia alle 15 termina alle 18 la durata è di 45 minuti e possiamo decidere noi quando andare.

il tè completo (chiamasi Rituale del Té) comprende varie portate, fra le quali pasticcini freschi, té Damman & Freres (vi consiglio quello al caramello che è divino) scones fatti appositamente per noi con panna e marmellata e tramezzini di vari gusti. Il tutto a 28 euro (prezzo per location, Tea Sommelier, maggiordomo e pasticceria fatta appositamente per noi. Direi buono visto che al TP di Baby -45 euro- non c'era nemmeno l'acqua xD)
Al prezzo di 38 euro si può ordinare anche lo champagne.

Non so se ci intratterremo tutto il pomeriggio, volendo dopo il Tea possiamo uscire e andare a fare qualche foto e per chi vuole (e non è troppo piena/o) una cena ad un ristorante giapponese? xD decideremo sul momento Emoticon wink l'importante è stare insieme e divertirsi

On September 26, Frills Of Rome held its first Tea Party!

Everything will take place in the beautiful setting of the St Regis Rome, grand luxury hotel few steps from Republic subway. We will have a Tea Sommelier that will help us in choosing the best tea, together with pastries, warm scones with cream and jam, and fresh sandwiches. Choose the most beautiful outfit you have and do not miss it at all, it will be fun!

TBT: Two years ago Baby, The Stars Shine Bright Tea Party in Paris (-.-")

Stamane ho aperto Facebook per ricontrollare e vedere notizie e aggiornamenti su Ascanio, la festa medievale che in questi giorni si sta svolgendo a Tagliacozzo. E invece Facebook mi ricorda che ben due anni fa, il due Luglio 2013 ho partecipato al Tea Party parigino di Baby, The Stars Shine Bright.

Dopo il ritiro del biglietto da Baby (e con nuovi acquisti xD) - Baby's shopping 

Ed ho pensato che, per chi non avesse letto il mio libro o i miei stati deliranti, meritasse di sapere come è realmente andata xD

Da due anni ogni estate in Luglio andavo al Japan Expo a Parigi, una fiera dedicata alla cultura giapponese (manga, musica, pop-culture, Cosplay, moda Lolita etc) per fare acquisti, foto e per incontrare amici che ho conosciuto facendo il cosplay dei Versailles Philharmonic Quintet. 

Ebbene due anni fa mi sono imbattuta in una "lotteria" di Baby, The Stars Shine Bright, che ha un negozio anche a Parigi, nel quale si poteva partecipare al Tea Party tramite estrazione.

Ho mandato l'email con i miei dati e urrà! Il mio nome è stato estratto!

E fin qui tutto ok.

Avevamo la macchina, c'era traffico e sono arrivata al Tea Party con un leggero ritardo. Entro, arrivo in sala e NON C'ERA POSTO.

Eh?!

No davvero. Ho pagato e non c'è posto? Ma non solo!! NON C'ERA NULLA DA MANGIARE!! XDD (Qui vi riporto uno stralcio del mio libro) Giuro, sarebbe stato molto più divertente trascorrere il pomeriggio in una fumosa sala da biliardo. A parte che sembravano tutte imbalsamate, qualcuna aveva ingoiato la scopa e qualcun'altra ce l'aveva in su per il culo.

Fare amicizia? No, per carità! Troppo snob. (Ritraevano la mano se provavo a tenderla per stringere la loro) Però, come delle vere signore di famiglia nobile, si sono strafogate tutto, praticamente non c'era più neanche l'acqua.

Ho pagato 40 euro per non avere neanche una sedia dove sedermi. In qualsiasi posto al mondo quando si paga, anche se si arriva tardi, di regola si ha diritto al proprio pasto e al proprio posto. Nel mio invito c'era specificato "dalle/alle" ma anche se si arriva dieci minuti prima della fine del Tea Party si ha diritto a ciò che si è acquistato.

Non solo avevano assaltato il buffet come uno sciame sull'alveare ma avevano occupato i posti a sedere in più con borse e buste O___O gli organizzatori invece di farmi tutti quegli inchini e riverenze avrebbero dovuto provvedere e darmi una sedia e una tazza di té, e se il buffet era terminato avrebbero dovuto chiamare il bar! In fondo eravamo ad un Marriott Hotel! (Una cosa positiva? Il regalo firmato Baby che ci hanno dato all'ingresso)

Se qualcuna di voi volesse provare questa esperienza cercate di arrivare almeno mezz'ora prima dell'orario di inizio, come si fa ai concerti, portatevi sgabello e pranzo al sacco. E anche un buon libro. Complimenti, davvero un bel modo di trattare le clienti.

Comunque... mai più Tea Party ufficiali, a meno che non sia io ad organizzarli xDDD

This morning I opened Facebook to see news and updates on Ascanio, the medieval festival which these days is taking place in Tagliacozzo. But Facebook reminds me that two years ago, July 2, 2013 I attended the Baby, The Stars Shine Bright's Tea Party in Paris.

And I thought, for those who have not read my book or my delirious states, deserve to know how it really went xD

For two years, every summer in July I went to the Japan Expo in Paris, an exhibition dedicated to Japanese culture (manga, music, pop-culture, cosplay, Lolita fashion etc) to make shopping, take photo and meet friends who I met doing cosplay of Versailles Philharmonic Quintet.

Well, two years ago I ran into a "lottery" of Baby, The Stars Shine Bright, who also has a shop in Paris, in which I could participate in the Tea Party by extraction.

I sent the email with my data and hurray! My name has been exctracted!

Details: July 5, 2013 from 14 to 16

At Radisson Blu Ambassador Hotel, Paris Opera, Salon Vendome (16, boulevard Haussmann)

Price: 40 €

Dress code: Baby, The Stars Shine Bright and Alice and The Pirates (if you don't wear these brands you can not enter at the tea party)

You can pick the ticket directly at the shop before the Tea Party.

And that's ok.

We had the car, there was traffic and I arrived at the Tea Party with a short delay. Later, arriving in the room and there was NO PLACE TO SIT.

Eh?!

No really. I paid and there is no place? But not only!! THERE WAS NOTHING TO EAT!! XDD (Here I bring you an excerpt of my book) I swear, it would be much more fun to spend the afternoon in a smoky pool hall. Aside from all every Lolita seemed embalmed, some had swallowed a broom and someone else had it up their ass.

Make friends? Heavens no! Too snob. However, as true ladies of noble family, they eat everything, practically there was not even water.

I paid 40 euro for not even a chair to sit where. In any place in the world when you pay, even if you arrive late, you have the right to your meal and a place to sit. In my invitation it was specified "from/to" but even if you arrive ten minutes before the end of the Tea Party you haave right to what you purchased.

Not only had assaulted the buffet like a swarm on hive but had occupied the free seats with bags O___O the organizers instead of all curtsies were supposed to provide and give me a chair and a cup of tea, and if the buffet was over they had to call the bar! Basically we were at a Marriott Hotel! (A good thing? The Baby's gift that gave us at the entrance)

If any of you want to try this experience, try to arrive at least half an hour before the start, as you do at concerts,and bring a stool and packed lunch. And also a good book. Congratulations, really a nice way to treat customers.

Anyway... Official tea party never again, unless I organize them xDDD

Latepost: 8/06 - Rome Fashion Walk at Expo d'Oriente (Che ha aperto in ritardo)

Ho finito poco fa di montare il video dell'Expo d'Oriente xD non sono molto soddisfatta... dopotutto le riprese non erano un granché <.< ho sbagliato a mettere subito la musica (la stanchezza fa brutti scherzi) ma pazienza, la prossima volta cercherò di fare di meglio xD

COMUNQUE

Sono andata all'Expo d'Oriente verso il primo pomeriggio per fare la sfilata con le ragazze della Rome Fashion Walk, sono andata via verso le 18:00 e gli stand erano ancora tutti da allestire. 

Non ho comprato niente (e avevo una fame... xDDD) poiché alle sei meno venti si stavano ancora tutti girando i pollici. 

Mi piacerebbe ci fosse un po' più di partecipazione ai prossimi eventi, di organizzazione sopratutto poiché a detta dei responsabili noi della FW eravamo "l'attrazione principale" dell'evento. 

Il giorno seguente c'è stato il raduno Lolita ma io non ho potuto partecipare. Vi lascio le foto e il video (brutto xD) dell'evento :)

I finished a little while ago to edit the video of the Expo d'Oriente xD I'm not satisfied... after all the shooting were not very good <.< I was wrong to put the music immediately (I am tired) but patience, next time I will try to do better xD

HOWEVER

I went to the Expo in the early afternoon with the ladies of the Rome Fashion Walk, I left around 18:00 and the stands were still closed.

I didn't buy anything (and I had a hunger... xDDD) because they were still twiddling their thumbs.

I'd like a bit 'more participation in the next event, (especially the organization,) because in the opinion of the managers, we were "the main attraction" of the event.

The next day there was the Lolita meetup but I couldn't participate. Here there are some photos and  my (bad xD) video of the event :)

Eccomi di nuovo come promesso xD oggi parlerò della decima Roma Fashion Walk che si è svolta al Cimitero Verano il 31 Maggio. 

è stato un pomeriggio molto carino, siamo andate al cimitero a scattare qualche foto con le ragazze del Rome Fashion Walk e subito dopo al  LaM Café - Maid Café presso l'OVERTIME PUB (anche se io non sono restata, visto che era ancora chiuso e sono arrivati con super ritardo xD)
Il mio outfit non era un granché, ho già indossato quell'abito per un altro raduno l'inverno scorso, dovrei reinventarlo un po' <.<

Here I am again, as I promise xD Today I will speak of the tenth Rome Fashion Walk which was held at the Verano Cemetery on May 31.

It was a very nice afternoon, we went to the cemetery to take some pictures with the girls of Rome Fashion Walk and immediately after at the LaM Café - Maid Café at the OVERTIME PUB (even if I haven't stay, when we came it was still closed 'cause they arrived super late xD)

My outfit was not so great, I have worn that dress for another meetup last winter, I should reinvent it a bit '<.<

The Beginning Of The New Year

How did you start your 2015?

I have started it very well! Eating sushi definitely xD 

Years ago I had two Sushi Shops with my family, although I was involved mainly in the making of Takoyaki. And since no one has ever seen me make sushi... I made two videos with Instagram ù.ù

I met again uncles and cousins had not seen for many years and we had dinner with them, then I went out with my friends and, of course, we did morning xD ah, by the way, this is my outfit!

The year 2014 was a wonderful year, and I am grateful of the things that I had, made, and received. But I ask that the year 2015 is even more wonderful! Thanks!

Christmas Eve

Thankfully things go a bit 'better.

I returned in Rome after many days of absence, I went to Piazza Navona (where I live... xD) they put the Christmas Market! Unfortunately not all those who were in the past, then, this year, no cotton candy or pancakes :( no loss, but it was a shame. At least for me xD

But there was the carousel, always nice to see. and to be photographed!

Turning to make gifts I went to eat ikura gunkan, my beloved ikura *.* (for who doesn't know, years ago I had two sushi bar in the center of Rome, and I was very good at making Takoyaki, but I hated Ikura. Now they are the my favorites xDDD ironically...) This is just one of the portions that I took xD

Then I went back to the Magnum Store for a ice cream (yes, I'm still on a diet xD by the way I lost 4 pounds, but for now it's Christmas, ice cream will not make me anything xD -I lost the pounds with the protein-shake!- )

Absent again. I was expecting that the next post concerned the Christmas meeting, but sickbay for an unexpected event (which I didn't want to talk, I'm sorry) I didn't participate. Will be for the next time.

These days I have been in Tagliacozzo, and I went out with my friends. I haven't photographed the outfits... just once, and then I place one of the last.

International Lolita Day on December 6

Finally after months and months of waiting Krad Lanrete - Ecailles de Lune it's come, and I put it more than once... I can't wait to wear the Haenuli's Stained Glass!

I don't know if I had already written that I started Tailoring Theatre's school... well, whatever proceeds. And well! I recovered the work and I'm going ahead with the first dress. I will update you soon.

For my self-Christmas gift I bought the new Anne Rice's Book Prince Lestat who I was expecting a long, as soon as I finish reading the autobiography of Dario Argento, I will read it!

Gothic Lolita's Meeting!

My computer is in assistance... I had promised myself that I would write this post the following day to the meeting, and instead BAM. The computer has been dropped from the table... for those who care is fine xD well, is alive, nothing broken hahaha xD and now I'm using another computer.

About this post... is better late than never. Right? (Only 11 days late, not bad for my standards)

We come to the topic of the post: on November 15th, I attended a Gothic Lolita's meeting.

This was my outfit:

After we met at the Termini Station, we went to Flaminio to take the tram up to Bakery House for the Tea Party.

we waited about thirty minutes before we can enter! we had a lot of hunger! (damn row)

However as soon as we enter, we get crazy; as a Tea Party-respecting, I left with an empty stomach so I'd eaten even the table xD so I ordered the white chocolate cake, a cinnamon roll (which I shared with Eleonora <3) and a tea apple and cinnamon... to start.

Not feeling full yet, I thought a slice of cheese cake with fruit jelly would be a great ending... I was wrong. After three forkfuls I was bursting out. 

So as a good "Lolita" (hahahahah don't kill me is ironic xD) I thought I would "share" my cake... 

The weather forecast said it would rain all day but no, fortunately it was a really nice day, and I enjoyed it very much.

Unfortunately back home I have been taken by storm xD but not a normal storm, it came all together, the deluge! Thank goodness I had the umbrella, otherwise I don't know what I would do xD my legs are completely wet (poor new socks ;____; ) but never mind... I can not wait for the new meeting! And possibly without rain XD Thanks to everyone :)
