Verso fine Settembre, ricevo un messaggio su Youtube. è da parte di Isaac, un ragazzo della community Lolita di Copenaghen. Mi scrive che verrà a Roma, e che vorrebbe incontrarci per un meeting.
Ho colto al volo l'occasione, era da parecchio che desideravo re organizzare un meeting e perciò ho subito scritto alle ragazze. Ma sfortunatamente non siamo state in grado di organizzare nulla :(
Isaac è arrivato a Roma, ci siamo incontrati a Piazza Navona e l'ho portato un po' in giro. Ci siamo visti in tarda mattinata, orario in cui molte chiese chiudono, così ci siamo recati a Fontana di Trevi; la fontana è stata da poco restaurata da Fendi e brilla come una stella, perciò ci siamo scattati un selfie-ricordo :D dopodiché ho pensato di fargli vedere subito il Pantheon, ma prima una tappa obbligatoria nelle magnifiche chiese di San Marcello al Corso e San Carlo. Poi abbiamo visto il Vittoriano, e da lì a piedi verso il Colosseo, Palatino e Foro Romano. E per ultimo il Pantheon.
Visti da fuori ho mostrato lui anche il Caffè della Pace, la Caffetteria Sant'Eustachio e il Caffè Greco.
Isaac, nonostante fosse stanchissimo, voleva vedere qualcosa del Caravaggio, perciò prima di riaccompagnarlo in albergo abbiamo visitato le chiese di Sant'Ignazio di Loyola e San Luigi dei Francesi. Che dire... solo a Roma basta entrare in una chiesa e guardare le tele del Caravaggio GRATIS. è stato uno spettacolo vedere la faccia stupefatta di Isaac!
Non sembra... ma abbiamo camminato tantissimoooooooo! Nonostante il poco tempo a disposizione abbiamo visto tantissime cose, avrei voluto mostrargli di più ma il tempo stringeva, perciò dopo un piccolo break in un bar di Piazza Navona ci siamo salutati. Mi è dispiaciuto per il meet, però spero ti sia divertito. è stato un "Lolita Rome Tour" molto simpatico! Grazie!

Towards the end of September, I get a message on YouTube. It's by Isaac, a young boy from the Lolita's community based on Copenaghen. He wrote that he will be in Rome, and he would like to meet us.

Isaac arrived in Rome, we met in Piazza Navona and took a little 'around. We met in the late morning when many churches are closed, so we went to the Trevi Fountain; the fountain has been recently restored by Fendi and shines like a star, so we snapped a selfie :D then I thought that we must immediately see the Pantheon, but before that an obligatory stop in the magnificent churches of San Marcello al Corso and San Carlo. After that we saw the Vittoriano, and from there we walked to the Colosseum, Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum. And finally the Pantheon.

What can I say... only in Rome you can walk into a church and see Caravaggio's paintings for FREE. It was great to see Isaac's stunned face!
We walked a loooooooooot! Despite the limited time we have seen a lot of things, I wanted to show him more but time was running out, so after a small break in a bar in Piazza Navona we said goodbye. I felt sorry for the meet, but I hope you enjoyed. It was a very nice "Lolita Rome Tour!"
